以10个桉树无性系为材料,对其叶片形态、光合参数的差异性进行比较。结果表明:10个桉树无性系的叶面积性状存在不同程度的变异,以单叶干质量的变异系数最高,干鲜比的变异系数最小。以叶长、叶宽、叶厚、叶面积和比叶面积等5个性状指标为参数做聚类分析,可以将10个无性系分为4类。以叶长宽乘积为自变量进行线性回归分析后发现,绝大部分无性系的模拟方程的相关系数较高,可以考虑采用这一方程进行同类无性系的叶面积预测。综合分析10个桉树无性系的光合参数间存在较大的变异,无性系33-27属于节水型的速生无性系。
Ten clones of Eucalyptus clones were used as materials to compare their differences in leaf morphology and photosynthetic parameters. The results showed that the leaf area traits of 10 Eucalyptus clones varied to different extents, with the highest coefficient of variation of single leaf dry mass and the smallest coefficient of variation of dry fresh ratio. Based on the cluster analysis of five traits as leaf length, leaf width, leaf thickness, leaf area and specific leaf area, ten clones could be divided into four groups. The linear regression analysis using the product of leaf length and width as independent variables showed that the correlation coefficient of the simulation equation of most clones was relatively high. This equation can be used to predict the leaf area of the same clones. A comprehensive analysis of 10 eucalyptus clones there is a large variation in photosynthetic parameters, clones 33-27 are water-saving fast-growing clones.
