班主任工作平凡而复杂,在班主任工作中,往往一些细节上的功夫,决定着教育的质量。细节虽小,却能透射出教育的大理念、大智慧。要把学生的思想工作做到实处,必须从大处着眼,小处着手,关注细节,一个成功的班主任,一定是一个善于利用细节去感染、教育、管理学生的人。现在我比较注意班主任工作中的细节,也尝到了一些甜头,对细节决定成败有了初步的认识,下面谈谈肤浅的体会:
Class teacher work is ordinary and complicated, in class teacher work, often some details of the kung fu, determines the quality of education.
