学校文化的存在形式有两种:显性文化和隐性文化。学校文化所包含的价值观、思维方式、精神风貌等学校精神,都是隐性的文化,而学校的物质、制度、行为等则是显性文化。目前,许多学校在文化建设中更多的注重了显性文化,而忽视了隐性文化。其实,实现隐性文化的显性化,才能充分发挥隐性文化的作用;显性文化也只有赋予隐性文化的精神,才能丰富显性文化的内涵。
There are two forms of school culture: explicit culture and implicit culture. School culture contains the values, thinking style, spiritual style and other school spirit, are hidden culture, and school material, system, behavior, etc. are dominant culture. At present, many schools pay more attention to explicit culture in their cultural construction while ignoring hidden culture. In fact, to realize the explicitness of the hidden culture, can we give full play to the role of the hidden culture. Only by assigning the explicit culture the spirit of the hidden culture can we enrich the connotation of the explicit culture.
