Helianthus tuberosus tubers, as the main raw material for the bioethanol and inulin industries, have become the hot issues that scholars pay attention to in order to improve the biological yield and quality of Jerusalem artichoke tubers. The Jerusalem artichoke roots were cut off during the vegetative period to discuss the growth rate and the rate of accumulation of various organs and organs in response to the root exudation, in order to provide a theoretical basis for high yielding cultivation of Jerusalem artichoke tubers. The results showed that cutting roots effectively increased the material accumulation rate during the peak period of tuber expansion from September 21 to October 20, and effectively increased the tuber yield. The rate of material accumulation of leaves, stems and flowers varied with the root-breaking time The trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing is the increasing trend of leaf material accumulation, which is also the main reason for improving root tuber yield of Jerusalem artichoke under the conditions of severed roots (20 cm); the growth rate of Jerusalem artichoke appears first increasing and then decreasing trend; Each root treatment did not change the growth rate of Jerusalem artichoke significantly.
