近年来,海门市的墙改工作实现了“三个一”:在省级城区“禁粘”工作中高分获江苏省第一;在江苏省县级政府中第一个出台《江苏省发展新型墙体材料条例》配套文件,墙改工作取得历史性大发展;在《江苏省发展新型墙体材料条例》出台后的近两年时间内基金征收在全省第一个超3000万元,征收数是前五年的总和。目前,海门市墙改工作重点正由“禁实”迈向“禁粘”。
