至1996年9月底止,我区人民保险公司体制改革顺利完成。为保证此次改革的顺利完成,各级人民银行做了艰苦、细致的工作,在严格审查各级人保体制改革方案及主要负责人任职资格的同时,对保险体制改革中出现的情况和问题积极进行协调和解决,从而保证了我区人保体制改革公平、公正、合理、有序地进行,没有出现私分钱物、哄抢财物及因分设不当造成企业、人员矛盾激化的现象,保险业务不但没有因体制改革停滞不前,还有了长足发展。
