Investigation and understanding of the fertilizer market and the amount of fertilizer applied to increase production, improve efficiency, reduce pollution and improve the quality of arable land is of great significance. Through the investigation and analysis of fertilizer varieties, prices, sources and fertilizer use in Hai’an in 2011, suggestions are put forward to improve the utilization rate of local fertilizer.
