目的观察Mg2+制剂对急性脑梗塞病人神经功能缺损程度的影响。方法将158例大脑中动脉区急性脑梗塞患者按照发病至入院时间分为A组(≤6h)82例和B组(>6h)76例,在A组和B组内随机将病人分为治疗组(常规治疗加用MgSO4)与对照组(单纯常规治疗)亚组,治疗15天,分别于治疗前、后对病人进行神经功能缺损评分(SSS评分)及日常生活能力量表评分(ADL评分)。结果A、B两组治疗后SSS评分和ADL评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),A组中治疗组与对照组比较SSS评分和ADL评分降低幅度有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;而B组中治疗组与对照组比较SSS评分和ADL评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论早期(≤6h)应用Mg2+制剂治疗急性脑梗塞可明显改善神经功能恢复情况。
Objective To observe the effect of Mg2 + on neurological deficits in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 158 patients with acute cerebral infarction in middle cerebral artery were divided into group A (n = 6h) 82 and group B (n = 6h) 76 according to the time from onset to admission. Patients in group A and group B were randomly divided into treatment Group (conventional treatment with MgSO4) and control group (conventional treatment only) subgroup, for 15 days, respectively, before and after treatment of patients with neurological deficit score (SSS score) and daily living ability scale score (ADL score ). Results The SSS scores and ADL scores of A and B groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). There was significant difference between SSS score and ADL score in treatment group and control group (P <0.05) The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in SSB score and ADL score (P> 0.05). Conclusion Early application of Mg2 + in acute cerebral infarction (≤6h) can significantly improve the recovery of neurological function.
