宝钢1880热轧生产线活套采用了最优控制方法控制机架间张力,原设计通过逆线性二次型(ILQ)控制器避免了复杂的二次型求解计算,但是,在生产应用中仍然存在张力波动大、轧制稳定性差等诸多问题。作者对此进行了深入研究,重点讨论了ILQ控制技术在液压活套控制系统上的问题,通过模型及参数的优化,使ILQ稳定投入了在线应用,大幅度降低了张力的波动。
Baosteel 1880 hot rolling production line looper adopts the optimal control method to control the tension between the racks. The original design avoids the complicated quadratic solver calculation through the inverse linear quadratic (ILQ) controller, however, it still exists in production applications Tension fluctuations, poor rolling stability and many other issues.
