随着现代企业制度的建立和产业转型步伐的加快,煤炭企业的改革和发展进入了关键时期。那么,如何调动最广大职工的生产积极性和改革创造热情,发挥每个职工的最大优势,加快产业转型步伐,提升煤炭企业科学管理水平,是当前思想政治工作面临的新课题。笔者以为,从四个方面入手,以构建以为人本、科学高效的煤炭企业思想政治工作大体系为主要目标,以机制创新,增强煤炭企业思想政治工作实效,为煤炭企业的和谐健康发展提供坚强的思想保证、舆论支持和精神动力。
With the establishment of modern enterprise system and the acceleration of industrial restructuring, the reform and development of coal enterprises have entered a crucial period. So, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the vast majority of workers for their enthusiasm for production and create enthusiasm for reform, give full play to the maximum advantages of every worker, speed up the pace of industrial restructuring, and upgrade the scientific management level of coal enterprises are the new topics currently facing ideological and political work.
