目的探讨封闭负压引流(VSD)技术在婴幼儿化脓性关节炎的应用效果。方法对25例婴幼儿化脓性关节行切开排脓、清创、VSD术,并评估其治疗效果。结果 25例婴幼儿化脓性关节,均行VSD 1～3次后关闭切口。平均随访2.1年(4个月至4年),术后无复发。结论婴幼儿化脓性关节使用VSD引流能够良好的控制局部感染,能缩短治疗周期,效果可靠,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of closed negative pressure drainage (VSD) on infantile suppurative arthritis. Methods Twenty-five infantile suppurative joints were dissected and drained, debridement and VSD were performed. The therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results 25 cases of infantile purulent joint, VSD 1 to 3 times after the closure of the incision. The average follow-up 2.1 years (4 months to 4 years), no recurrence after surgery. Conclusion Infantile suppurative joint VSD drainage can be a good control of local infection, can shorten the treatment cycle, the effect is reliable, it is worth promoting.
