大部分普通高中在体育教学中实行了选项教学,然而教学效果并不理想,究其原因是教师没有真正理解新课程理念,缺乏对体育选项教学模式的深入研究,导致在教学实际中不知所措,更不知从何着手,大大降低了体育与健康课的实效性。那么新课标下如何才能搞好高中体育选项教学,这也是当今高中选项教学中急待解决的问题。本文将从几个方面谈个人观点,供同行们参考:
