利用层次分析法从承包商无形资产收益中分离出信用的预期收益;同时选取相应的评价指标确定承包商的信用作用指数,并利用改进的Interbrand模型确定承包商信用的财务价值;最后,建立信用权益价值测评模型以确定承包商信用的权益价值。结果表明:长周期工程中承包商信用具有经济和权益双重价值;可通过承包商信用价值的量化分析,为长周期工程中的多次信用决策服务。
Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to separate the expected return of credit from the contractor’s return on intangible assets. At the same time, the evaluation index of the contractor is selected to determine the credit index of the contractor, and the interbrand model is used to determine the financial value of the contractor’s credit. Finally, Equity value evaluation model to determine the value of the contractor’s credit equity. The results show that the contractor’s credit in the long-term project has dual economic and equity values. The quantitative analysis of the contractor’s credit value can serve for multiple credit decisions in the long-term project.
