针对太赫兹波探测与通信的具体应用,基于微波、毫米波定向天线的设计与应用基础,对四种0.36 THz的太赫兹波定向天线(即馈源喇叭天线、双抛物面卡塞格伦天线、天线透镜以及偏馈式单反射面天线)进行了有效的设计、分析、仿真与制作。对上述几种太赫兹波定向天线的设计及分析,为基于微波倍频技术的太赫兹波技术在定向探测和通信中的应用,提供了天线技术方面的理论和实践依据。
Aiming at the specific application of terahertz wave detection and communication, based on the design and application of microwave and millimeter wave directional antennas, four kinds of directional antennas with 0.36 THz terahertz waves (ie, feed horn antenna, double parabolic Cassegrain antenna, Antenna lens and partial feed-back single-reflector antenna) for effective design, analysis, simulation and production. The design and analysis of the above terahertz wave directional antennas provide theoretical and practical basis for the antenna technology for the application of terahertz wave technology based on the microwave frequency multiplication technique in directional soundings and communications.
