依据通过审核的建设计划、工程承包合同、设计施工图以及承包合同从土建任务开始到竣工交付使用,过程中的规划、协调、控制等活动统称为现场施工组织。现场施工组织是建筑公司企业运行过程中十分重要的组成部分,对于现场施工组织的设计与管理的优化,通过现场人力资源、设备、供应与消耗的有效管理与设计,能够有效地提升建筑公司的效率,加快建设速度,缩短建设工期。最终达到低消耗、低成本、高利润的目标,为企业创造良好的经济收入,同时能够更好地为社会民众提供安全放心的建筑产品,增进企业社会效益的实现。
