为了研究人心脏神经元的构筑,观察了人心脏神经节的分布数量和神经连接。光镜下发现大量神经节(550±149)或神经元分布在人的心房和心室表面。神经节和神经纤维束形成神经节丛。在左右心房表面,心房神经节丛靠神经纤维束彼此相连;在心室顶侧面心室神经节丛也彼此相连。但是在光镜下未发现心房神经节丛和心室神经节丛之间有神经纤维束相连。这个形态学发现支持把心房神经节丛和心室神经节丛区分为两个相对独立的功能单位的概念。
In order to study the construction of human cardiac neurons, the number of human cardiac ganglia and their neural connections were observed. A large number of ganglion (550 ± 149) or neurons were found in human atria and ventricular surface under light microscope. Ganglion and nerve fiber bundles form ganglion plexus. On the left and right atrial surfaces, the atrial ganglion clusters are connected to each other by nerve fiber bundles; the ventricular ganglion plexus is also connected to each other on the apical ventricular surface. However, under the light microscope, no atrial nerve ganglion plexus and ventricular ganglion bundle between the nerve fiber bundle connected. This morphological finding supports the concept of separating the atrial ganglion plexus and ventricular ganglion into two relatively independent functional units.
