进行塔机参数化设计时,将参数化设计模型导入ANSYS进行有限元分析需要用到接口技术,由塔机的参数化设计系统得出详尽的参数列表,在VB环境下运用APDL语言编写出命令流,导入ANSYS建立塔机的有限元模型进行有限元分析。以参数化的塔机标准节为例,介绍参数化塔机有限元模型的生成过程。
In the process of parametric design of tower crane, the parametric design model is imported into ANSYS for finite element analysis. Interface technology is required. Detailed parameter list is obtained from the parameterized design system of tower crane. APDL language is used to write commands in VB environment Flow, import ANSYS finite element model of the tower crane for finite element analysis. Taking the standard section of tower crane as an example, the generation process of the parametric tower crane finite element model is introduced.
