目的:探讨肺低分化癌组中的CK17,CK18及Syn的表达情况及临床应用价值。方法:我院2002年10月~2007年5月肺癌病理标本81例,分别用CK17,CK18及Syn标记,同时用电镜观察超微结构。结果:CK17与CK18及Syn在各类型肺低分化癌组织中的阳性表达率有极显著差异,说明在肺地分化癌的鉴别诊断中用CK17,CK18,及Syn进行免疫组化检测效果是非常明确的。超微病理上我们均可以找到十分确切的形态学依据来进一步验证免疫病理的结果。结论:将免疫病理与超微病理相结合能够将肺低分化癌的组织学类型鉴别开来。从而为临床的治疗与术后的预后判断提供正确的病理诊断。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical value of CK17, CK18 and Syn in lung poorly differentiated carcinoma. Methods: A total of 81 lung cancer specimens from October 2002 to May 2007 in our hospital were stained with CK17, CK18 and Syn respectively, and the ultrastructure was observed by electron microscope. Results: The positive expression rates of CK17, CK18 and Syn in all kinds of poorly differentiated lung cancer tissues were significantly different, indicating that immunohistochemical detection of CK17, CK18 and Syn in differentiated lung cancer was very effective clearly. Ultrapathological pathology we can find a very exact morphological basis to further verify the immune pathology results. Conclusion: The combination of immunopathology and ultrastructural pathology can differentiate the histological types of lung poorly differentiated carcinoma. Thus providing the correct pathological diagnosis for clinical treatment and postoperative prognosis.
