以系统结构模型化理论为依据 ,建立了无缝钢管壁厚精度的解释结构模型 ,提出了源点元素和影响链的概念。分析表明 ,无缝钢管壁厚精度的解释结构模型可为无缝钢管壁厚精度的人工及自动控制与决策提供依据。该模型的建模方法还可用于板带、型钢等其它钢材生产系统。
Based on the theory of system structure modeling, an interpretation structural model of the wall thickness precision of seamless steel pipe is established, and the concept of source element and influence chain is proposed. The analysis shows that the interpreted structural model of the seamless steel pipe wall thickness accuracy can provide the basis for the artificial and automatic control and decision of the seamless steel pipe wall thickness precision. The modeling method of this model can also be applied to other steel production systems such as strip, section steel and so on.
