桃园小学地处德州市平原县,历史文化悠久,地域特色鲜明,传统文化与现代气息在这里交融,散发出古朴、灵动之气。在德州市美丽校园工程启动之际,桃园小学的校领导班子高瞻远瞩,决定全面导入SIS学校品牌文化系统,提出了“大爱善润”的核心理念。大爱是对人发自内心的自觉之爱,是一种道德精神,在中华民族五千年辉煌的历史文化长河中,特别是在以儒家、墨家、道家和法家为代表的古代诸子百家的思想中,无不闪烁着大爱精神元素的光芒。桃园小学将“大爱善润”的理念渗透在教育教学过程中,全体师生携手演绎出了一曲爱的教育乐章。
