中国国有企业人才流失严重、吸引人才困难、管理模式落后、缺乏有效的激励和约束机制,最终导致了组织缺乏竞争力。面对国际国内激烈的行业竞争,国有企业应高瞻远瞩,实施战略人力资源管理,针对国有企业存在的普遍问题,本文给出了详细的着手工作点。
The serious loss of Chinese state-owned enterprises, the difficulty of attracting talents, the backward management mode and the lack of effective incentive and restraint mechanisms eventually led to the lack of competitiveness of the organizations. Faced with fierce competition in the international and domestic industries, state-owned enterprises should make a long-term and long-term perspective and implement strategic human resource management. In view of the general problems existing in state-owned enterprises, this paper gives a detailed starting point.
