目前美苏都在积极发展一种新的战略武器——战略飞航式导弹(也称战略巡航导弹)。本文从政治、经济、军事上的需要和目前技术发展的可能性等方面做了较为广泛的论述。同时对目前美国正在研制的战略飞航式导弹也做了概略的说明,尤其对它所采用的地形匹配制导技术做了概略的明晰的介绍。但作者明地力在文中宣传了一些资产阶级政治、经济、军事的观点和唯心的历史观点。请读者遵照毛主席的教导,认真学习外国的好经验,也一定研究外国的坏经验——引以为戒,吸取其中的精华,而剔除其糟粕。
At present, both the United States and the Soviet Union are actively developing a new type of strategic weapon, strategic missile missiles (also known as strategic cruise missiles). This article made a rather extensive discussion on the political, economic and military needs and the possibility of current technological development. At the same time, it also gives a brief description of the strategic missile now being developed by the United States. In particular, it gives a brief and clear introduction of the terrain matching guidance technology it uses. However, the author explicitly advocated in the text a number of bourgeois political, economic, and military views and idealistic historical perspectives. Readers should follow Chairman Mao's teachings, earnestly study the good experiences of foreign countries, and must also study the bad experiences of other countries - take precautionary measures, draw on the essence of them, and eliminate their dross.
