目的了解超声造影对氩氦刀治疗VX2兔肝脏肿瘤近期疗效的应用价值。方法两组实验兔行氩氦刀冷冻治疗,其中荷瘤兔冷冻治疗组(A组)30只,正常肝冷冻对照组(B组)10只,分别于术前、术后1d、1周、2周采用新型超声造影剂六氟化硫以及造影软件造影多普勒序列(contrast pulse sequencing,CPS)进行实验,观察疗效。结果 A组76.7%(23/30)和B组100%(10/10)的消融区,超声造影显示各期均无异常增强,判断肿瘤完全灭活;②A组23.3%(7/30)的消融区,超声造影显示局部有早期增强,提示肿瘤残存;③消融区边缘充血水肿带造影表现为动脉期环状高增强,门脉期及延迟期增强信号与肝实质相似;消融区边缘残留灶的造影与肿瘤病灶治疗前的造影表现一致。结论超声造影是肝脏肿瘤氩氦刀治疗后近期疗效评价的重要手段。
Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the treatment of VX2 rabbit liver tumor with argon-helium knife. Methods Two groups of rabbits were treated with argon-helium cryoablation, including 30 frozen-thawed rabbits (group A) and 10 normal frozen-thawed controls (group B), preoperatively, 1 day, 1 week, Two weeks later, a new type of ultrasound contrast agent, sulfur hexafluoride and contrast pulse sequencing (CPS) were used to observe the curative effect. Results In 76.7% (23/30) of group A and 100% (10/10) of ablation zone in group B, CEA showed no abnormal enhancement in all stages and the tumor was completely inactivated. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) is an important method to evaluate the short-term curative effect of cryosurgical treatment of liver tumors.
