患者男性.年龄9天,系遗弃私生子.患儿出生后第5天.被生母、养母、新领养人等三家人强力抢夺,撕扯中致伤,伤后第4天来诊.查体:一般情况尚可、头、颈、胸、腹部未发现明显异常,四肢肿胀,右锁骨上窝肿胀、青紫,右上臂及双小腿可见成角畸形.四肢无自主活动;右腕下垂,右拇呈内收、屈曲位,刺激右手无反应,双下肢及双足广泛青紫、瘀斑.X线片示:右肱骨中段螺旋形骨折;右尺桡骨远端骨折并向桡侧移位,左尺桡骨中下1/3骨折,桡骨骨折平面高于尺骨,双股骨多发骨折,双胫腓骨中段斜形骨折.
