从事教学工作七年,而今我缺少了刚工作时的激情,因为语文课不是一下就能见成绩的科目,虽然很努力了但是效果不大。曾有一段时间我都有点想放弃了,可是看着班里那些孩子,就又有了干劲,不想误人子弟。在今年六月我有幸参加了“绿色语文”的培训活动,通过赵谦翔老师的讲课与评课我发现了自己教学的几点不足,现总结如下与各位同仁共勉。 I have been working in teaching for seven years. Now I lack the enthusiasm of just working, because it is not hard to find achievements in Chinese subjects, but it is ineffective. There was a time I have a little wanted to give up, but looking at those children in the class, they have a drive, do not want to mistreat children. In June this year, I was lucky enough to participate in the training activities of “Green Language ”. Through the lectures and evaluation sessions of Professor Zhao Qianxiang, I found some shortcomings in my teaching. I hereby sum up the following with my colleagues.
