幸福是人与生俱来的一种感知,是人的某种渴求获得满足或部分被满足时所获得的精神上的愉悦。那么企业何言幸福?企业存在的意义在于为社会创造价值的同时,获取适当的利润。企业存在的使命是最大化利益相关者的幸福,对企业而言,幸福既是一种感知,更是一种生存状态。企业是为人类幸福而存在的。幸福的企业,凭借高效和创新为社会创造财富,以“企业公民”的良心为员工带来幸福,为合作伙伴带来利益,为社会带来和谐,为人类带来福祉。
Happiness is a kind of perception inherent to a person, the spiritual pleasure obtained when one’s desire is partially or partially satisfied. So what is happiness business? The significance of business existence is to create value for society at the same time, access to appropriate profits. The mission of the enterprise is to maximize the happiness of stakeholders. For enterprises, happiness is both a perception and a living condition. Enterprises exist for human happiness. Happy enterprises create wealth for the society with high efficiency and innovation, bring happiness to employees, bring benefits to partners, bring harmony to society and bring happiness to human beings with the conscience of “corporate citizenship”.
