充血性心力衰竭(以下简称心衰)可引起肝瘀血和肝结构及功能的改变。以往认为,心衰时,其血清转氨酶大致正常或偶有轻度增高。国外已有心衰引起血清转氨酶异常增高的报道;国内仅见黄氏报告74例。现将我市肺心病协作组收集的肺心病心衰192例伴肝功能损害的资料报告如下。
