“差生”问题浅议

“差生”多是当前中小学教育普遍存在的一个突出问题。这里所谈的“差生”只限于考试成绩不及格,因而被认为达不到教学大纲要求,没有完成学习任务的学生。学校教育是有目的、有计划、有组织,并且是高效率地培养人的过程。它的每一阶段在文化水平上都有明确的要求。大多数毕业生都应达到相应的要求。但是,由于在十年动乱中,林彪、“四人帮”疯狂破坏教育;也由于过去在“左”的错误思想影响下,教育事业的发展也同经济建设一样,大起大落,反反复 The “poor students” are more and more common problems in primary and secondary education.
