近几年来,热气球运动在我国发展很快,目前已有近200个热气球活动在全国的各省、市、自治区。因我国地域辽阔,尤其是新疆和东北地区与长江、黄河两岸地区的天气、气温等相比差异很大,热气球的每次飞行又和天气条件有着密切的关系,现就近几年新疆寒冷地区冬季热气球飞行的一些经验和体会,介绍给广大的热气球和航空爱好者,以便相互交流和学习。
