为研究某型旋挖钻机动力头的作业特性,首先建立了动力头作业转速、转矩的数学模型,并基于AMESim仿真软件,搭建了整机液压系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,适当增大马达控制压差Δp值,能够有效抑制动力头的转速波动。通过整机试验,验证了数学模型及仿真模型的正确性。基于仿真平台,对动力头的作业特性进行详细研究,为以后新产品的设计提供指导。
In order to study the operation characteristics of the power head of a rotary drilling rig, a mathematical model of working speed and torque of the power head was established. Based on AMESim simulation software, a hydraulic system simulation model of the complete machine was set up. The simulation results show that increasing the Δp value of the motor control differential pressure can effectively suppress the rotational speed fluctuation of the power head. Through the whole machine test, the correctness of the mathematical model and the simulation model are verified. Based on the simulation platform, the operating characteristics of the power head are studied in detail, which provides guidance for the design of new products in the future.
