为了进一步了解在松林内应用白僵菌对家蚕的直接影响,以解决“治虫”与“保蚕”的矛盾,我们在放菌林间作了饲养春、夏、秋三季家蚕的观察试验。现将试验情况总结如下: 一、供试菌株:东风208。二、供试蚕种: 春蚕:华合×东肥夏蚕:东34×苏12 秋蚕:603×东34 三、试验方法: 在连续七年施放白僵菌治虫效果比较稳定的毛竹园林区松林内搭一竹架蚕棚,用塑料薄膜作活动的棚顶与棚壁。在饲养春蚕期间,当气温高时掀去棚壁薄膜,以便通气。
