本文研究了α-氨基酸与水杨醛和醋酸铜定量生成席夫碱-铜(Ⅱ)配合物的最佳条件,提出了用氯仿将过量水杨醛还原的铜与席夫碱-铜(Ⅱ)配合物离心分离,然后用火焰原子吸收法在324.8um处测定水相中的铜,从而间接求出α-氨基酸的含量.
In this paper, the optimal conditions for the quantitative formation of Schiff base-copper (Ⅱ) complexes of α-amino acids with salicylaldehyde and copper acetate were proposed. The results showed that the copper and the Schiff base- ) Complex was separated by centrifugation, and the copper in the aqueous phase was measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry at 324.8 μm to indirectly determine the content of α-amino acids.
