[目的/意义]通过对国内外科研信息系统与知识机构库链接的研究,以为机构知识库与科研信息系统在我国的链接发展提供有价值的参考。[方法/过程]分析科研信息系统与机构知识库的差异、链接动因等,并对国外科研信息系统和机构知识库链接的典型案例进行分析,探讨两者链接在科研数据管理整个过程中的运用。[结果/结论]认为科研信息系统和机构知识库在科研管理功能上互通有无,两者链接可以促进科研数据管理过程的良性循环。 [Purpose / Significance] Through the research of domestic and foreign scientific research information system and the linkage of knowledge institutions, it provides a valuable reference for the development of the links between institutional knowledge base and scientific research information system in our country. [Method / Process] This paper analyzes the differences between scientific research information systems and institutional knowledge bases, the motivation of linkages, and analyzes typical cases of foreign scientific research information systems and institutional knowledge bases, and discusses the application of the two links in the whole process of scientific research data management . [Results / Conclusions] It is believed that the link between scientific information system and institutional knowledge base in scientific research management functions can promote the virtuous circle of research data management process.
