市场经济的发展,推进我国改革逐步进入深水期,攻坚期。我国医疗卫生体制也在不断进行变革。政府财政给医院的拨款是十分有限的,那么,如何利用有限的资源,优化医疗卫生体制,应该引起医学界的高度重视。在新时期下,医院的内外环境都发生了变化,要充分发挥医院财务管理工作的重要作用。新时期背景下,我国医院财务管理工作存在管理体制不完善、成本核算不科学、风险意识不强、员工素质普遍较低等问题,针对上述问题,有针对性的制定优化医院财务管理工作的相关对策是当前医学界的首要问题之一。
