目的识别、分析和评价某微型车制造企业职业病危害因素及危害程度,找出职业病危害因素关键控制点,以便有针对性地采取防护对策和管理措施。方法采用经验法、系统分析法和调查、检测法进行识别与评价。结果某微型车制造企业存在粉尘、化学性毒物和噪声等多种职业病危害,以电焊烟尘、苯和噪声等为主,尤其是噪声危害最为严重,达标率仅有36.0%~55.5%,最大日平均8 h等效声级达到100.6 dB(A)。结论电焊烟尘、苯和噪声均为该企业职业病危害因素关键控制点,以噪声更为重要。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards and hazards of a mini-car manufacturing enterprise and find out the key control points of occupational hazards in order to take targeted protective measures and management measures. As a result, there was dust, chemical poison, noise and other occupational hazards in a mini-vehicle manufacturer. Conclusion Welding fumes, benzene and noise are the key control points of occupational hazards in this enterprise. Noise is more important.
