目的:确定黄连解毒黏附微球的最佳处方工艺。方法:以成品收率,小檗碱、栀子苷、黄芩苷包封率,微球在人工胃液中的黏度为指标,采用中心组合设计法优化黄连解毒黏附微球的处方工艺,对结果进行二项式拟合,对最优条件进行预测分析。结果:各指标二项式方程拟合度较好,按处方优化得到最佳条件制备黄连解毒黏附微球,各项指标与预测值接近。结论:中心组合设计法优化黏附微球工艺条件准确、可靠。 Objective: To determine the optimal formulation of Coptis detoxification microspheres. Methods: The prescription of berberine, geniposide, baicalin and the viscosity of microspheres in artificial gastric juice were used as indexes. The central composite design method was used to optimize the formulation process of Coptis detoxification microspheres. Binomial fitting, the optimal conditions for predictive analysis. Results: The binomial equation of each index fitted well, and the optimal conditions were obtained according to the prescription to prepare Coptis chinensis detoxification adhesion microspheres. All the indexes were close to the predicted value. Conclusion: The central composite design method to optimize the adhesion of microspheres process conditions are accurate and reliable.
