职业院校由于生源以及管理制度等的问题,导致法律教学的质量很难得到有效提高。近些年来教育改革持续深化,法律教材也进行了完善和创新,在此大势下发挥学生主体性,促进法律教学效率的提高迫在眉睫。针对于此,本文结合当前职业院校法律教学实际情况,就学生主体性在教学效率提高中的重要性进行了分析和探讨,并提出了相应的策略,以期可以为法律教学实践提供一些有益的借鉴。
