本文着重介绍钢铁生产中管理信息系统(MIS)的应用与发展,概述MIS的内容(合同管理、生产管理、供需调整)。简介了一个有代表性的MIS——日本鹿岛钢铁厂的综合在线生产管理系统(TOPS)的十一项功能和效果。作者在文中对我国钢铁工业如何开发MIS提出了分析与建议。
This article focuses on the application and development of management information system (MIS) in steel production. It outlines the content of MIS (contract management, production management, supply and demand adjustment). Briefly introduces eleven functions and effects of a representative MIS - Integrated Online Production Management System (TOPS) at Kashima Steel Plant in Japan. The author put forward the analysis and suggestion on how to develop MIS in China’s iron and steel industry.
