随着互联网与计算机技术的广泛应用,信息化系统在我国企业人力资源管理中发挥着巨大的作用,越来越多的企业开始将信息化系统引入企业人力资源管理中,在提高管理效率及降低人力成本的同时,也不断提升着企业的综合竞争能力。但信息化在人力资源管理具体运用中,个别企业仍存在着创新意识不强、系统开发与企业实力不匹配等问题,亟待我国企业通过创新管理理念、完善信息化建设等手段予以解决。本文通过对我国信息化建设在人力资源管理中存在问题进行分析的基础上,提出强化人力资源管理信息化建设的若干对策。

Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the human resources management of our country’s informationization construction, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the informationization construction of the human resources management.
