目的：为慢性结膜炎的治疗提供新的有效药物。方法：观察组２１４例用茜草滴眼液治疗，对照组４９例用常规抗生素滴眼液治疗。３个疗程后停药，观察远期效果。结果：显效率与总有效率观察组分别为７４．５１％和９４．１４％，对照组为３８．８９％和６６．６７％，总有效率两组比较，差异有极显著性，Ｘ￣２＝６８．０２，Ｐ＜０．００５。结论：茜草滴眼液对慢性结膜炎疗效显著。
Objective: To provide new and effective drugs for the treatment of chronic conjunctivitis. Methods: 214 cases of observation group treated with Rubia eye drops, 49 cases of control group with conventional antibiotic eye drops treatment. After three courses of withdrawal, observe the long-term results. Results: The effective rate and total effective rate observation group were 74.51% and 94.14%, respectively, the control group was 38.89% and 66.67%, the total effective rate of the two groups, the difference was significant, X ~ 2 = 68.02, P <0.005. Conclusion: Rubia officinalis eye drops have a significant effect on chronic conjunctivitis.
