采煤机的牵引驱动系有传统的液压牵引改为电力牵引后,体现了突出的优势。但是这使得采煤机的结构更加的复杂化。因为电动牵引所需要采用的以变频器为核心的调速系统存在着一定的局限性,因为采煤作业的工况恶劣因此使得变频器会产生一系列的故障。所以在实际的工作中应当注意对变频器故障的重视,在对其工作特性进行细致了解的基础上,采用合理的措施进行克服,以保证变频器的工作稳定性和安全性。
Shearer traction drive system has changed from the traditional hydraulic traction to electric traction, reflecting the outstanding advantages. However, this makes the structure of the shearer more complicated. Because electric traction need to adopt the frequency converter as the core of the speed control system, there are some limitations, because of harsh working conditions of coal mining makes the inverter will have a series of failures. Therefore, in actual work, attention should be paid to the fault of the inverter. Based on the detailed understanding of its operating characteristics, reasonable measures should be taken to ensure the stability and safety of the inverter.
