我国幅员辽阔,但人口众多却与之形成矛盾,随之外来务工人员以及每年大批的高校毕业生,住宅需求以及住宅的建筑设计成为当今社会科学发展的重要因素。同时我国地理版图跨度较大,全国各地的人文、气候、地理环境差异也比较大,因此住宅开发与设计应该遵循因地适宜的原则:根据不同的环境创造人性化的物质与精神需求。而在住宅环境景观的规划设计中,未来的发展趋势应该注重原生态式的开发,景观具有亲人性。
With a vast territory but a large population but contradictory with it, our migrant workers as well as the large number of college graduates each year, the demand for housing and the architectural design of dwelling houses have become an important factor in the development of social sciences today. At the same time, the geographical map of our country has a large span, and humanities, climates and geographical environments in different parts of the country are quite different. Therefore, the development and design of residential houses should follow the principle of appropriate local conditions: create humanized material and spiritual needs according to different environments. In the residential environment landscape planning and design, the future trend of development should focus on the development of the original ecology, the landscape has a human nature.
