以中药毫菊乙醇提取物及氯仿分离物时感染P·yoelii小白鼠疟疾模型进行了疗效观察,结果乙醇提取物及氯仿分离物Ⅱ、Ⅳ组分,显示一定的抗疟作风,剂量达到1.4g/kg及0.8g/kg时,每天腹腔注射两次,能在第五天抑制疟原虫的生长,其余组分Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ未见抗疟作用。
The efficacy of the P.yoelii mouse malaria model was observed with ethanol extracts of Chrysanthemum morifolium and chloroform isolates. The results showed that the ethanol extracts and the chloroform fractions II and IV showed certain antimalarial effects with a dose of 1. At the doses of 4 g/kg and 0.8 g/kg, two intraperitoneal injections each day can inhibit the growth of Plasmodium on the fifth day, and the other components II, III, and V have no anti-malaria effect.
