目的 研究芸香苷(Ru)的胃粘膜保护作用与抗氧化作用的关系。方法 利用大鼠冷冻—束缚应激模型,测定胃粘膜中黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)活性、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,并观察了Ru与抗氧化剂(超氧化物歧化酶,别嘌呤醇、二甲基亚砜)联合用药对胃粘膜损伤的影响。结果 Ru(5、20mg·kg-1,每天2次,共5天,ig)在减轻大鼠冷冻—束缚应激引起的胃粘膜损伤的同时,抑制胃粘膜XO活性,提高胃粘膜GSH含量,Ru还可提高抗氧化剂的胃粘膜保护作用。结论 Ru可以明显减轻大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤,抗氧化作用是它的可能机制。
Objective To study the relationship between gastric mucosal protection and antioxidation of rutin (Ru). Methods The rat model of frozen-restrained stress was used to determine the activity of xanthine oxidase (XO) and the content of reduced glutathione (GSH) in gastric mucosa. The effects of Ru and antioxidants (superoxide dismutase, Effects of allopurinol and dimethylsulfoxide on gastric mucosal lesion. Results Ru (5,20 mg · kg-1, 2 times a day for 5 days, ig) could inhibit the gastric mucosal injury induced by freeze-restraint stress in rats and inhibit gastric mucosal XO activity and gastric mucosal GSH content, Ru can also improve the gastric mucosal protective effect of antioxidants. Conclusion Ru can significantly reduce stress gastric mucosal injury in rats, and its anti-oxidation mechanism is its possible mechanism.
