随着我国群众文化事业的进一步发展,文化馆面临着全新的挑战和机遇,对文化馆工作人员的综合素质能力也提出了新的要求。文化馆是为社会提供公共文化服务的文化事业单位,面临着工作队伍老龄化人才断层的问题。如果不采取一些途径去缓解文化馆出现的困境,建立一支专业化的队伍,可能会很难适应群众文化事业的发展。基于此,笔者就如何进行文化馆人才队伍建设思路提出了一些建议,期望能够有效地打破文化馆面临的困境。
With the further development of the mass cultural undertakings in our country, the cultural centers are facing new challenges and opportunities and put forward new demands on the overall quality and ability of cultural staff. The cultural center is a cultural institution that provides public cultural services to the community and faces the problem of an aging talent in the work force. If we do not take some measures to ease the plight of cultural centers, establishing a specialized team may be difficult to adapt to the development of mass cultural undertakings. Based on this, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out the construction of talent culture in cultural centers, hoping to effectively break the dilemma facing cultural centers.
