未来性战略导向可以帮助企业在复杂多变的社会环境和市场环境赢得竞争优势。本文将人力资本投资分为两类:增值性和保值性投资,以四川、广东两省的企业为样本,探索了未来性战略导向、人力资本投资以及人力资本三者之间的关系,从而发现:(1)高未来性的企业,其在以招聘为主的保值性投资和以培训为主的增值性投资上的水平都较高,其数量型和能力型人力资本水平也都更高;(2)人力资本投资在未来性战略导向和企业人力资本之间起着部分中介作用。
Future strategic direction can help enterprises in the complex and volatile social environment and market environment to gain a competitive advantage. This paper divides human capital investment into two types: value-added and value-added investment. Taking the enterprises in Sichuan and Guangdong provinces as samples, this paper explores the relationship between the future strategic orientation, human capital investment and human capital, and finds out : (1) High-prospective enterprises have higher levels of both hedge-oriented investment and value-added investment mainly in training, and their quantitative and capable human capital levels are also higher; (2) Human capital investment plays a part of intermediary role between the future strategic orientation and the human capital of enterprises.
