中国政府为发展初级卫生保健事业投入了相当的财力,并取得了很大的成绩。但是,由于中国尚属发展中国家,国力有限,政府投入与实际需求之间仍存在很大差距,初级卫生保健工作仍然面临着严峻的挑战。据调查,在导致贫困的诸多因素中,因病致贫、因病返贫占30-60%,个别地区高达70%左右。为了认真贯彻落实《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》,进一步促进我国卫生健康事业的发展,全面推进我国小康社会的建设,实现“人人享有卫生保健”的战略目标,经中国初级卫生保健基金会秘书长办公会议研究,决定由“仁人维健(北京)健康科技有限公司”、“福州仁人维健健康科技有限公司”按照《基金会社区健康服务中心项目实施方案》在全国设立“中国初级保健基金会社区健康服务中心(站)”。社区健康服务中心将为中国农村、社区基层的健康扶贫、健康教育、社会福利等慈善事业添砖加瓦。通过中心(站)开展各项公益活动,创造健康财富、促进人类进步、构建和谐社会,达到利国利民健康多赢的目的。

The Community Health Service Center will contribute to the development of poverty alleviation, health education, social welfare and other charitable causes at the grassroots level in China’s rural areas and communities.
