针对热电偶柱组件的功能要求和反应堆结构的特点设计热电偶柱组件用新型密封结构,该密封结构采用填料式石墨环,具有自紧式密封功能,其密封面设计了锥形角,以便于石墨环的拆装。对采用锥形密封面的石墨环进行密封受力计算结果表明,采用锥形密封面增加了密封环的径向压力,提高了密封效果;应力分析结果表明其强度满足规范要求;对密封结构的冷热态密封性能试验结果表明,其密封性能良好,满足设计要求。
In view of the functional requirements of the thermocouple column assembly and the characteristics of the reactor structure, a new type of sealing structure for the thermocouple column assembly is designed. The sealing structure adopts a packing type graphite ring and has a self-tight sealing function. The sealing surface is designed with a tapered angle so as to facilitate Graphite ring disassembly. The results of the seal force calculation of the graphite ring with tapered sealing surface show that the use of the tapered sealing surface increases the radial pressure of the sealing ring and improves the sealing effect; the stress analysis results show that the strength meets the requirements of the specification; Cold and hot state sealing performance test results show that the sealing performance is good to meet the design requirements.
