目的评价国产甲型H1N1流感病毒裂解疫苗的免疫效果。方法选择无接种禁忌证未接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗的健康人群作为受试对象,评价指标包括HI抗体阳转率、HI抗体(≥1:40者)保护率、免后HI抗体GMT和免后HI抗体GMT较免前平均增长倍数。结果 HI抗体阳转率为83.33%,HI抗体保护率为93.33%,GMT增长倍数为9.40倍,各年龄组的免疫原性指标差异均无流行病学意义(P>0.05)。结论本次国产甲型H1N1流感疫苗免疫效果评估中各项指标均达到国内外标准,该疫苗的免疫原性表现良好。
Objective To evaluate the immunogenicity of domestic A (H1N1) influenza virus lytic vaccine. Methods The healthy population without influenza A (H1N1) vaccination who were not inoculated with vaccination was chosen as the target. The evaluation indexes included the positive rate of HI antibody, the protection rate of HI antibody (≥1: 40), the GMT of post-immune HI antibody HI antibody GMT compared with the average before the fold increase. Results The positive rate of HI antibody was 83.33%, the HI antibody protection rate was 93.33%, and the multiplication of GMT was 9.40 times. There was no significant difference in immunogenicity among all age groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The indicators of domestic immunization of Influenza A (H1N1) vaccines reached the national and international standards, and the immunogenicity of the vaccine was good.
