在我国,企业集团大多是依据原有行政隶属关系,或是靠行政划转而成为母子公司。随着集团的规模扩大,子公司数量增多,层级结构复杂,集团出现集而不团的现象。通过对我国企业集团的现状和架构特征的理论分析,得出我国企业集团架构中控制链条过长,下属公司众多,内部关系复杂。本文通过实证研究来探讨集团层级结构扁平化设计与提高绩效的问题。
In our country, the majority of enterprise groups are based on the original administrative affiliation, or relying on administrative transfer to become the parent company. With the expansion of the Group’s size, the number of subsidiaries has increased, the hierarchy has been complicated and the Group has emerged as a group. Through the theoretical analysis of the status quo and the characteristics of the structure of the enterprise groups in our country, it is concluded that the chain of control in the enterprise groups in our country is too long, there are many affiliated companies and the internal relations are complex. This paper explores the problem of flattening the design of hierarchical structure of a group and improving its performance through empirical research.
